Several factors are driving this change – including stakeholder activism, consumer choice, ESG-related litigation, and new legislation on ESG related issues, much of which has extra-territorial reach. Stakeholders, including shareholders, employees, contractors, consumers, communities and supply chains are effectively influencing corporate behaviour.
